The Swatch Group Netherlands is hiring an HR Officer in Eindhoven — full-time HR role supporting Dutch sales, retail and HQ operations.
Overview
The Swatch Group Netherlands is the national sales organisation for a portfolio of renowned Swiss watch maisons within the Swatch Group. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee administration and maintain accurate personnel files and HR records for the Dutch organisation.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding for HQ and retail roles.
- Administer payroll inputs and benefits information in collaboration with external payroll providers and finance.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policy, employment contracts and adherence to Dutch labour law and collective agreements.
- Support performance management processes and coordinate training, development and induction programmes.
- Maintain and update the HRIS; generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR inquiries, ensuring confidentiality and professional escalation where required.
- Contribute to local HR projects and process improvements aligned with the group’s people policies.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher vocational or bachelor’s qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ practical HR experience, preferably within retail, FMCG or consumer-facing organisations.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law, employment contracts and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven administrative accuracy and experience with HRIS or personnel administration systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to work with stakeholders across retail and head office functions.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably gained in a retail, wholesale or consumer brands environment, with exposure to recruitment, employee administration and employment‑law compliance.
Education
Higher vocational (HBO) or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; equivalent practical HR experience considered.
