HR Intern position at The Swatch Group in Milan, Italy — support recruiting, administrative tasks, and HR projects with expense reimbursement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail recruiting process by creating and publishing job announcements, screening CVs, conducting selection interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to store managers
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of assigned HR activities whilst collaborating with internal brand functions and HR team members
- Perform administrative tasks and generate reports to support HR operations
- Process data and create presentations for team use and decision-making
- Participate in specific HR initiatives and projects as identified by assigned mentor
Qualifications
- Degree in law, humanities, or economics
- Complete proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and proactivity
- Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive personnel information
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace change
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes is advantageous
