Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process: screen CVs, coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and maintain applicant records.
- Assist with new‑hire onboarding logistics and documentation, ensuring timely completion of administrative formalities and induction materials.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with strict attention to confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Contribute to HR projects and change initiatives, preparing presentations, basic analyses and project documentation.
- Coordinate training logistics and follow up on attendance, feedback collection and mandatory compliance training.
- Produce routine HR reports and spreadsheets to support people metrics, headcount tracking and HR KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting minutes and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to confidentiality and data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; professional telephone manner and candidate-facing experience.
- Proactive, discreet and able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced retail and corporate environment.
- Interest in luxury retail and brand-driven cultures; customer-centric mindset.

Previous administrative or HR-related internship experience is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to recruitment, office administration or retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
