Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
