Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA seeks Junior HR Business Partner (full-time) in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland to support HR strategy and employee relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies across the organization
- Provide HR advisory services to business leaders and management on employee relations matters
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs for retail and corporate teams
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives and change management projects
- Support compensation and benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent (maturité gymnasiale or professional diploma); higher education in human resources or related field preferred
