Swatch Group seeks an experienced watchmaker to service its Prestige brands, manage assigned work within service-level agreements, order parts and ensure watches are ready to wear. The role includes brand-specific training and ongoing development opportunities, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out partial, exchange and traditional servicing on Prestige brand watches in accordance with brand-specific guidelines and standards.
- Organize and manage assigned work to complete it within the department’s required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and order required spare parts.
- Communicate clearly with the supervisor and technical administration team about potential workflow issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain smooth operations, including maintaining equipment and tools and ordering consumables.
- Ensure all required customer services have been completed and each watch is ready to wear.
Qualifications
- Experience servicing a variety of luxury Swiss-made watches, specifically Prestige brands.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions and switch between them when needed.
- Experience working toward set targets.
- Self-motivation and the ability to deliver high-quality work in line with brand standards.
- Strong interest in continuing and developing a long-term career with Swatch Group.
- WOSTEP/BHI certification or equivalent.
- Relevant accreditations and specific training from luxury watch brands; Omega experience is desirable but not essential.
