Blancpain seeks a Guest Relations Officer for a three-month contract role at Paris's Place Vendôme boutique. Fluent French and English essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, orient, and accompany visitors according to the House's standards of excellence
- Create an impeccable first impression by embodying the brand's values, elegance, and image
- Identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate boutique specialists
- Ensure comfort and quality of the client experience throughout their in-store visit
- Foster client loyalty through attentive, discreet, and personalized service
