Swatch Group seeks European Patent Attorney in Neuchâtel to manage extensive global patent portfolio for leading luxury timepiece manufacturer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prosecute and manage patent applications across European jurisdictions
  • Provide strategic IP counsel to Swatch Group's 16 watch brands and manufacturing divisions
  • Administer and maintain the Group's patent portfolio across multiple technology domains
  • Advise on patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and IP infringement matters
  • Manage relationships with patent offices, co-counsel, and external representatives
  • Support commercialization efforts through protection of innovative watch technologies and components
