Swatch Group seeks European Patent Attorney in Neuchâtel to manage extensive global patent portfolio for leading luxury timepiece manufacturer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prosecute and manage patent applications across European jurisdictions
- Provide strategic IP counsel to Swatch Group's 16 watch brands and manufacturing divisions
- Administer and maintain the Group's patent portfolio across multiple technology domains
- Advise on patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and IP infringement matters
- Manage relationships with patent offices, co-counsel, and external representatives
- Support commercialization efforts through protection of innovative watch technologies and components
Qualifications
- European Patent Attorney qualification or equivalent credentials
- Admitted to practice before the European Patent Office (EPO)
