Swatch Group ERP Business Analyst position in Bangkok, Thailand. Support SAP systems across logistics, retail, and customer service with 5+ years ERP experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide system support and manage enhancements to Sales and Distribution, Logistics Material Management, Finance and Controlling, and Customer Service modules
- Develop and execute system enhancements in functionalities and reporting based on approved user requests
- Prepare development requests, system specifications, and comprehensive documentation for system enhancements
- Manage system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modifications across the organization
- Coordinate with Asia and Europe support teams, project teams, and local key users to align systems enhancements with change management procedures
- Develop training materials and educate users on application systems, process changes, and security policies
- Oversee interfacing between ERP system, retail systems, business intelligence tools, and headquarters applications to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor ERP applications, POS systems, and mobile applications for compliance with company and group security policies
- Provide backup support for SAP SD/MM, FI/CO, BI, and MRMS systems as needed
- Execute other relevant duties supporting company projects
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in international companies with global project implementation or rollout practice
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD/MM and Logistics Solution Management (FI/CO knowledge is advantageous)
- Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end retail business processes in distribution, wholesale, and retail sectors
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with strategic resolution capabilities
- Advanced analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to documenting business requirements
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- SAP SD or SAP MM certification is advantageous
