ERP Business Analyst role at Swatch Group in Bangkok, Thailand. Support SAP systems for logistics, retail, and customer service operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide system support and manage enhancements to SAP Sales and Distribution, Logistics Material Management, Finance and Controlling, and Customer Service modules
- Develop system enhancements in functionalities and reporting upon approved user requests
- Prepare development requests, system specifications, and documentation for system enhancements
- Manage system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modifications across logistics, customer service, and retail operations
- Coordinate with Asia and Europe support teams, project teams, and local key users to arrange system enhancements and process re-engineering with change management procedures
- Develop and deliver training documentation and user education for application systems, process changes, and security policies
- Monitor ERP system interfaces with retail systems, business intelligence platforms, and headquarters applications to ensure process accuracy, data integrity, and effectiveness
- Ensure ERP applications, POS systems, and mobile applications align with company and group security policies through regular audit reviews
- Provide backup support to SAP SD/MM, FI/CO, BI, and MRMS support teams as needed
- Execute additional relevant duties supporting company projects
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP systems, particularly Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance and Controlling modules
- Strong understanding of retail and logistics business processes
- Experience with system implementation, upgrade, and migration projects
- Proficiency in change management and process re-engineering methodologies
- Knowledge of business intelligence systems and retail POS integrations
- Familiarity with information security policies and audit compliance
Skills
Experience
5 years of progressive experience in ERP systems support and business analysis, with at least 3 years working directly with SAP modules in a logistics, retail, or distribution environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced ERP systems knowledge.
