Swatch Group seeks Electroplating Engineer in Marin, Switzerland for innovative R&D within precision watch manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize electroplating and surface treatment processes for watch components and assemblies
- Design and conduct experimentation to evaluate new electroplating technologies and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate electroplating innovations into production systems
- Support the transfer of research findings to manufacturing operations
- Maintain documentation and technical records of processes, specifications, and test results
