Swatch Group seeks a Deputy Store Manager for its Puteaux boutique. Lead a dynamic team in this full-time permanent role near Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with Swatch's bold, innovative brand aesthetic
- Ensure compliance with visual standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist the Store Manager in strategic planning and implementation of promotional campaigns
- Monitor product displays and seasonal collections to optimize conversion and customer engagement
- Train and develop team members through ongoing coaching and skill development
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain stock availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience in a luxury or premium environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales achievement
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Experience
2–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience in a luxury, premium, or selective retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant training programme is advantageous.
