Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence with professionalism and expertise
- Provide product information and technical support regarding Swatch Group brands and timepieces
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims according to company procedures
