Swatch Group seeks Customer Service Representative in Paris for fixed-term contract until mid-November. Manage client relations across B2C and B2B channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer and retailer inquiries for Swatch and Flik Flak via multiple channels (phone, email, mail, Salesforce CRM)
- Actively listen to clients, analyse their needs, and resolve conflicts or sensitive situations with diplomacy and efficiency
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce Customer Care, ensuring data quality and traceability
- Coordinate internally with boutiques, after-sales service teams, and support departments to ensure seamless case resolution
- Reinforce brand culture and messaging in all customer interactions, maintaining consistency and positioning
- Process customer returns and complaints, proposing tailored solutions and driving continuous service improvement
- Generate activity reports, identify customer pain points, and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- Diploma in customer relations, business management, commerce, or equivalent (Bac +2 to Bac +3)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role, ideally within luxury, horology, or premium retail sectors
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Operational English in a professional context
