Swatch Group seeks Customer Operations Intern in Milan to support customer care across multiple channels with administrative and operational expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customers across multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) as coordinated with the Customer Care Manager
- Collect and analyze product feedback, delivering timely reports and insights to the Customer Care Manager
- Manage administrative functions for the Customer Care Hub, including incoming and outgoing repair processing and digital archive maintenance
- Contribute to broader customer care projects and strategic initiatives as directed by management with initiative, curiosity, and execution speed
- Develop and refine customer communication strategies based on operational experience and feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Secondary diploma or university degree in economics, humanities, or related disciplines
- Complete proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and strong computer systems literacy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
- Effective and positive communication skills

Experience
