Role & Responsibilities
- Manage large client accounts, including order processing, issue resolution, and delivery follow-up
- Monitor customer credit status and update account balances in SAP
- Review daily payments and manage client debt collection
- Process returns, credit notes, and accounting adjustments
- Support account closing procedures and invoicing operations, including e-commerce channels
- Track overdue payments and assist in debt recovery initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing) regulations
