Swatch Group seeks Commercial Credit Administrator in Alcobendas, Madrid. Full-time financial administration and credit management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage large customer accounts including order processing, incident resolution, returns handling, and delivery tracking
- Monitor and control customer credit status and update account balances in SAP
- Review daily payments and oversee debt management processes
- Process returns, credit notes, and account adjustments
- Support month-end account closings and invoicing operations, including e-commerce transactions
- Track overdue payments and assist in debt recovery initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing) regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial administration or credit management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system
