Swatch Group seeks a full-time Credit Administrator in Alcobendas, Madrid to manage customer accounts, credit control, and AML compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage large customer accounts, including order processing, incident resolution, returns handling, and delivery tracking
- Monitor and control customer credit status and maintain account balance records in SAP
- Review daily payments and manage customer debt recovery
- Process return authorizations, credit notes, and account adjustments
- Support month-end account closures and invoice generation for wholesale and e-commerce channels
- Track overdue payments and assist in debt collection activities
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorist Financing) regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in financial administration or credit management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Availability for full-time on-site work at Madrid headquarters
