Role & Responsibilities
- Design, document and optimise end‑to‑end HR processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll interfaces, performance management and learning, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and local compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to implement or enhance HRIS capabilities, data flows and integrations with payroll, finance and business units; act as liaison between HR, IT and external vendors.
- Analyse HR operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, process automation and standardisation across entities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, RACI matrices, control points and SOPs; provide training and change management to HR teams and key stakeholders.
- Support governance, internal audits and regulatory reporting related to HR processes; ensure data quality, security and adherence to local labour requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, HRCI) is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in HR process design, optimisation or HR operations within matrixed multinational organisations.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and stakeholders, with strong competency in process mapping, requirements gathering and change management.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive operational decisions and continuous improvement.
- Practical familiarity with enterprise HRIS implementations and integrations; experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar systems is desirable.
Experience
Mid‑level HR professional with approximately 3+ years of hands‑on experience in HR operations, process improvement or HRIS projects within an international corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification or HR certification preferred.
