Swatch Group seeks experienced Retail Controller in Eindhoven to oversee financial operations across luxury watch retail division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for retail operations across multiple brand touchpoints
- Monitor and analyze retail financial performance, identifying operational inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Oversee accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes for retail channels including proprietary stores and wholesale partners
- Develop and maintain financial control frameworks and KPIs specific to retail operations
- Collaborate with retail management and brand teams to support strategic initiatives and cost management
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Controller or Finance Manager in a retail or multi-unit operational environment
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, internal controls, and GAAP or IFRS standards
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and enterprise financial systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Fluency in Dutch and English; German a plus
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a financial controller or senior finance management role within a retail, consumer goods, or multi-location operational context. Experience within the luxury sector is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. CPA, CIA, or similar professional accounting certification is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands.
