Swatch Group hiring Commercial Credits Administrator in Alcobendas, Madrid. Full-time temporary role in Finance Department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage large client accounts, including orders, incidents, returns, and delivery tracking
- Monitor customer credit status and update balances in SAP
- Review daily payments and manage outstanding debt
- Process returns, credit notes, and account adjustments
- Support account closures and invoicing procedures, including e-commerce transactions
- Track overdue payments and assist in debt recovery initiatives
- Ensure compliance with AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in financial administration or credit management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning system
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
- Availability for 100% on-site work
