OMEGA Client Advisor position at Chatswood Chase, Sydney. Luxury watch retail expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product recommendations aligned with OMEGA's luxury positioning
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clientele to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across OMEGA's collections, heritage, and craftsmanship narratives
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the brand's standards of excellence
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven retail or clienteling experience in luxury goods, preferably watches or high-end jewelry
- Demonstrated ability to engage sophisticated clientele and articulate product value propositions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on service excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail or client-facing experience in the luxury sector, preferably within watchmaking, jewelry, or premium timepiece retail.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or horological studies is advantageous.
