OMEGA Client Advisor position in Sydney – luxury watch retail specialist for the iconic Swiss maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support to clientele, articulating OMEGA's product heritage and technical excellence
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive boutique performance and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on watchmaking heritage and mechanical sophistication
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure compliance with retail operations procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or client-facing sales environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in product knowledge articulation and consultative selling
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Skills
Experience
