Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with OMEGA brand standards and luxury retail expectations.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a high‑value client portfolio through clienteling, follow‑up and CRM activity.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value and attachment of after‑sales services.
  • Present and demonstrate timepieces with technical accuracy, explaining product features, movement details and warranty/servicing options.
  • Process sales transactions and returns accurately using point‑of‑sale systems; ensure compliance with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain boutique visual merchandising, stock presentation and inventory integrity according to merchandising directives.
  • Coordinate with service and after‑sales teams to manage repairs, warranties and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in training, product launches, in‑store events and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches or jewellery (1–3 years preferred).
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills a plus.
  • Commercial numeracy and competency with retail POS and CRM systems.
  • Flexible availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Right to work in Australia.
