Swatch seeks a trilingual Sales Associate for its flagship Paris boutique. Full-time CDI position at Carrousel du Louvre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients in multiple languages
- Drive sales and achieve performance targets within the boutique
- Represent the Swatch brand values of innovation, creativity, and artistic expression
- Engage with diverse international clientele and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain product displays and boutique presentation standards
- Support inventory management and point-of-sale operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in three languages (English, French, and one additional language such as German, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese)
- Demonstrated sales experience in luxury or premium retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for watches, design, and luxury brands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales, preferably within watches, jewelry, fashion, or similar high-end sectors.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); further training in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods management is advantageous.
