Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand protection strategy to safeguard trademarks, designs and other intellectual property across global markets.
  • Lead anti‑counterfeiting operations including investigations, evidence gathering, coordination with local law enforcement and customs, and execution of seizures where appropriate.
  • Monitor online marketplaces, social media and distribution channels; manage takedown requests and relationships with platform providers and enforcement partners.
  • Prepare and issue cease‑and‑desist communications, coordinate civil and administrative proceedings with external counsel, and support litigation when required.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, commercial, security, customs, and retail teams to align enforcement actions with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate case management records, draft regular enforcement reports and KPIs for senior management, and represent the company in industry working groups and public authorities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law or equivalent; specialization or coursework in intellectual property law preferred.
  • Proven in‑house or law‑firm experience in trademark, design or anti‑counterfeiting enforcement.
  • Solid understanding of cross‑border enforcement mechanisms, customs procedures and online marketplace takedown processes.
  • Strong drafting skills for enforcement notices, settlements and case documentation; experience working with external counsel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage investigations, coordinate multi‑jurisdictional actions and engage with public authorities and commercial partners.
