Swatch Group seeks a Boutique Works Manager in Paris to oversee retail construction and renovation projects across its luxury watch portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all boutique construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across the Swatch Group portfolio
- Manage budgets and timelines for retail property works and facility upgrades
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand-aligned store environments
- Inspect completed works to verify compliance with Swatch Group standards and aesthetic guidelines
- Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports for all boutique developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail construction or renovation projects
- Strong project management and budget oversight capabilities
- Understanding of boutique design principles and luxury retail environments

Experience
