Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs on the Champs-Élysées flagship.
  • Lead daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock control and loss-prevention measures.
  • Coach, motivate and develop frontline sales staff through on-the-job training and performance reviews.
  • Deliver exemplary client experience and clienteling, ensuring consistent brand standards and service protocols.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain product presentation to reflect brand campaigns.
  • Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination to optimise coverage for peak trading and events.
  • Contribute to inventory management, receiving and replenishment processes and periodic stock counts.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for the Store Manager and escalate issues requiring remediation.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or fashion retail.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to develop junior talent.
  • Solid numeracy and organisational skills for cash handling, stock control and basic reporting.
  • Fluent, professional presentation and interpersonal skills appropriate for a high-traffic flagship.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years of progressive retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or deputy-manager capacity; experience in watches, jewellery or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; higher education in business, retail management or fashion is a plus.
