Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA seeks an Assistant Store Manager (full‑time) for its Manor shop‑in‑shop in Geneva. Retail management role in luxury watch retail.
Overview
Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA is the retail arm of the Swatch Group in Switzerland, operating multibrand points of sale and shop‑in‑shop concepts within national department stores. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs for the Manor shop‑in‑shop in Geneva through active selling, clienteling and team leadership.
- Supervise daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, POS reconciliation and inventory control to ensure operational excellence and loss prevention.
- Coach, train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge (watches and accessories), customer service standards and selling techniques to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal directives from brand partners.
- Prepare routine operational and sales reports, assist with stock replenishment and contribute to assortment decisions in coordination with regional merchandising.
- Uphold compliance with corporate policies, health & safety requirements and Manor site procedures while acting as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience in watches, jewellery or luxury fashion; experience in a shop‑in‑shop or department‑store environment preferred.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to lead a small retail team.
- High level of organization, numeracy and familiarity with inventory control and cash/closing procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods; ability to work full‑time (100%) on a permanent contract.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail or watch/jewellery sales, including supervisory or assistant management duties within a multibrand or department‑store setting.
Education
Vocational diploma or secondary education in retail, commerce, hospitality or a related field; formal training in sales or management is an advantage.
