Swatch Group seeks Administrative Customer Care Associate in Barcelona, Spain. Support client services for luxury watches and jewelry brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
- Maintain and organize customer records and documentation
- Coordinate between customer service teams and internal departments
- Support the scheduling and resolution of customer issues
- Assist in the preparation of customer care reports and documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service procedures
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience
