Swatch Group seeks an Accounts Payable Associate in Paris to manage supplier invoices and payments for retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and verify supplier invoices and payments for retail operations
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation
  • Coordinate with retail locations and procurement teams on invoice discrepancies
  • Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals for the retail division
  • Monitor payment terms and optimize cash flow management

Qualifications
