Swatch Group seeks an Accounts Payable Associate in Paris to manage supplier invoices and payments for retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify supplier invoices and payments for retail operations
- Manage accounts payable transactions and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment documentation
- Coordinate with retail locations and procurement teams on invoice discrepancies
- Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals for the retail division
- Monitor payment terms and optimize cash flow management
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable or retail finance operations
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
