Swatch Group seeks a Finance Professional in Eindhoven for full-time accounts payable and financial administration role, reporting to CFO Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and register purchase invoices with precision and accuracy
- Book financial transactions and journal entries into SAP systems
- Process bank mutations and prepare payment runs in Xflow
- Manage and maintain supplier master data
- Support colleagues within financial administration teams
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with month-end closings and other periodic financial processes
- Monitor invoice authorizations in Xflow to ensure timely payments
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed MBO-level financial education (e.g. Bedrijfsadministratie or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in SAP systems (including SAP BW) and Office 365
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in Dutch; professional English proficiency
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail

Experience
Proven experience working in a similar financial administration or accounting role is required. The ideal candidate brings familiarity with financial transaction processing, invoice management, and supplier administration. Those with experience in month-end close procedures and multi-currency environments are particularly valued.
Education
Completed MBO-level financial education, such as Bedrijfsadministratie or equivalent qualification in accounting, finance, or a comparable financial discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 3,000 to EUR 4,000 per month.
