Swatch Group seeks Accounts Payable Accountant in Paris. Manage vendor payments, SAP processing, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Role & Responsibilities
- Control and validate internal expense reports and transmit approved reports to treasury for payment
- Record and post invoices in SAP across accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting modules
- Manage invoice transmission to treasury based on payment schedules and process intra-group payments
- Perform account reconciliations, including vendor ledger matching and inter-company account analysis
- Respond to vendor inquiries and collaborate with general services and financial controllers on internal requests
- Prepare provisions, inter-company reconciliations, and account justifications for monthly and annual close cycles
- Prepare mandatory regulatory filings including DAS 2, DES, and DEB declarations
- For Monaco entity: integrate and reconcile payroll processing, calculate and file VAT on Monaco tax platform, and reconcile inter-company accounts before netting
Qualifications
- Bac +2/3 diploma in accounting or equivalent
- 2–3 years of confirmed experience in general accounting and treasury
- Prior experience in luxury and retail environments preferred

2–3 years of confirmed experience in general accounting and treasury operations, with exposure to vendor management and financial close processes.
Education
Bac +2/3 (Higher National Diploma or equivalent) in accounting or finance.
