Role & Responsibilities
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Reconcile invoices and payments with supporting documentation
- Prepare and verify accounting entries and reports
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or equivalent standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting within a corporate or manufacturing environment
Education
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional accounting qualification
