Supporting the Ecommerce Manager for a leading global watchmaker, this role oversees ecommerce traffic growth, order processing, and website optimization for the U.S. digital platform. The specialist coordinates with international and local teams to manage inventory requirements, track digital marketing campaign performance, and continuously enhance user experience through analytics-driven improvements and merchandising updates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support local Sales Planning, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to ensure ecommerce inventory needs are met and online orders are processed in a timely manner
- Track Digital Marketing Campaign performances and budgets in collaboration with the U.S. Ecommerce Manager, Marketing team, and Swiss HQ Digital Media team while managing financial procedures (purchase orders, budget tracking, invoicing)
- Continuously evaluate and propose ongoing user experience improvements to the website through landing page content updates, onsite search optimizations, and traffic/audience analyses
- Liaise with Switzerland headquarters, U.S. team, and third-party partners to support digital marketing campaign optimizations and reporting with emphasis on efficiency and growth
- Ensure timely product launches and merchandising updates are applied to the website
- Support ad-hoc ecommerce and omni-channel initiatives and special projects as assigned
- Initiate and drive actions based on website analytics and sales performance data; produce actionable KPI reporting and monthly recaps
- Optimize SEO and website landing pages with the intent of increasing click-through and conversion rates
- Support paid and organic search, social media, email marketing, and other online acquisition tactics
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of digital commerce experience (website operations, order management)
- Understanding of the current e-commerce and digital marketing landscape
- Experience working with a CMS/CRM system to manage a website (Salesforce or Magento experience preferred)
- Experience with SEO, digital advertising, and other online acquisition tactics
- Ability to utilize analytics to identify website friction points and areas of opportunity
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

At least 2 years of digital commerce experience including website operations and order management; demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; flexibility to adapt objectives and strategies; self-starter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously in a multi-national team environment.
