Swatch seeks an E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover) in Kallithea, Greece to manage online sales and digital campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online product catalogues, pricing, inventory visibility and content on the brand's e‑commerce channels for the Greek market.
  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social and display to drive traffic, conversion and revenue.
  • Coordinate email and CRM campaigns in partnership with local commercial teams to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Monitor site performance and user behaviour using analytics tools; produce regular KPI reports and actionable insights to improve conversion and UX.
  • Work closely with merchandising, retail and external agencies to align online assortments, launch planning and promotion calendars.
  • Ensure digital assets (product pages, imagery, copy) comply with brand guidelines and meet high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for e‑commerce operations during the maternity cover period, including ad hoc troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing within retail; preferably 2–4 years.
