Swatch (Greece) seeks an E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover) in Kallithea, Greece to run online operations and digital campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operation of the local e‑commerce presence, including product uploads, pricing, inventory visibility and promotional setups.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social and display channels in collaboration with agencies and regional teams.
- Create and optimise online product content and visual assets in the CMS to maintain brand consistency and conversion best practices.
- Monitor and report on KPIs — traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI — producing regular performance dashboards for local management and HQ.
- Execute email marketing and CRM-led retention activities, including campaign setup, segmentation and performance analysis.
- Implement on‑site merchandising strategies and seasonal promotional calendars, coordinating with retail and wholesale teams.
- Support SEO and UX improvements through content recommendations, basic technical checks and liaison with web/IT teams.
- Ensure smooth operational handover and knowledge transfer as part of a temporary maternity cover, documenting processes and status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience producing performance reports and actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies; attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Minimum two years of substantive experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing roles, ideally within retail or luxury brands; experience working with external agencies and cross‑functional internal stakeholders is expected.
Education
