Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Flik Flak communication ecosystem, including D2C content, social channels, community management and the brand app.
  • Define and execute a cohesive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal activations and cross-market priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign delivery across markets: brief agencies and internal teams, coordinate assets, and ensure timely roll-out.
  • Manage community and social media initiatives, including moderation guidelines, audience activation and growth tactics tailored to families and children.
  • Localize and adapt creative assets for regional markets while protecting brand tone and visual identity.
  • Work with product, retail, e‑commerce and CRM stakeholders to integrate communications into omnichannel brand experiences.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs, prepare post-campaign analysis and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines; ensure quality control of final deliverables and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel communications projects and coordinate cross-market activations.
  • Strong editorial judgement with experience producing engaging digital and social content for consumer audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience briefing agencies and managing creative production.
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; working knowledge of French and/or German advantageous given Swiss HQ and regional markets.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
