Swatch seeks motivated Commercial Apprentices (EFZ) in Biel, Switzerland, starting August 2027. Rotate across departments and develop business administration skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute diverse administrative and organizational tasks across departmental rotations
- Provide multilingual client and employee advisory services
- Plan and coordinate meetings, corporate events, and related logistics
- Process purchase orders, prepare commercial quotations, and negotiate delivery schedules
- Support operational functions across multiple departments during training rotations
- Manage basic financial documentation and numerical record-keeping
Qualifications
- Completed mandatory primary and secondary education
- Age 15–25 years old at time of application
- Fluent German and/or French; competent English proficiency
- Strong organizational and collaborative disposition
- Aptitude for administrative work and numerical data management
- Proficiency in core PC applications and office software
