Swatch is recruiting a Commercial Apprentice for a three-year apprenticeship at its Biel/Bienne headquarters, starting in August 2027. The apprentice will handle administrative and organizational tasks, advise clients and colleagues, support meetings and company events, process orders and quotations, negotiate delivery dates, and assist departments during the training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of administrative and organizational tasks.
- Advise clients and colleagues in several languages.
- Plan and organize meetings and assist with corporate events.
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and negotiate delivery dates.
- Support the various departments in which the apprentice works during the apprenticeship.
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling and be between 15 and 25 years old.
- Be organized, cooperative, open-minded, motivated to learn, and interested in discovering different areas of the company.
- Have an interest in administrative tasks, computer work, and figures.
- Be autonomous and reliable, with a willingness to learn and show initiative.
- Speak German and/or French fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
