Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product presentations to customers, highlighting the distinctive design and technical innovation of Swatch timepieces
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide personalized style guidance aligned with their preferences and lifestyle
- Maintain a visually compelling retail display environment that reflects current Swatch collections and seasonal campaigns
- Process transactions accurately and professionally while ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge
- Support inventory management activities and participate in regular stock audits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related client-facing roles
- Demonstrated passion for watches, fashion, design, or luxury goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse customer demographics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations

Education
