Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and oversee visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
