Assistant Store Manager position at Swatch Bondi Junction, Sydney – lead retail operations and customer experience for the iconic Swiss watchmaker.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and maintain a consistently welcoming retail environment
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards
  • Lead and supervise team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand standards are upheld
  • Monitor stock levels, process merchandise orders, and maintain accurate inventory records
