Swatch seeks Assistant Store Manager for Paris flagship boutique. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance on the Champs-Élysées.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Supervise and mentor sales and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve retail targets
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience in a luxury or premium environment
