Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Stockholm to support retail operations and drive sales performance in the iconic watchmaker's flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of the retail location, including sales, inventory, and staff management
- Assume full management responsibility during the Store Manager's absences
- Oversee daily store operations, customer service standards, and visual merchandising
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance development of store personnel
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and compliance with brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management within a luxury or fashion retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or fashion retail. Prior experience as an assistant store manager or in a similar supervisory role is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training in retail management or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
