Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Stockholm flagship store. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and strategic initiatives
- Assume full managerial responsibility during the Store Manager's absence
- Lead and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Swatch brand values
- Drive sales performance and merchandise presentation across store categories
- Manage inventory control, stocktaking, and visual merchandising standards
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff development
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent retail management role
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision abilities
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence
- Experience with POS systems and retail analytics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience, with at least one year in an assistant manager or supervisory role within a luxury or premium retail environment. Strong track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education
Secondary education required; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
