Swatch seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Stockholm flagship store. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and strategic initiatives
  • Assume full managerial responsibility during the Store Manager's absence
  • Lead and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Swatch brand values
  • Drive sales performance and merchandise presentation across store categories
  • Manage inventory control, stocktaking, and visual merchandising standards
  • Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent retail management role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team supervision abilities
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence
  • Experience with POS systems and retail analytics
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

Experience
