Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and supervision of store operations
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure service excellence
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels across product categories
- Ensure compliance with Swatch Group brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures
