Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching and performance management of the sales team.
- Drive exceptional client experience and clienteling activities, including follow-up, appointment management and VIP servicing.
- Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate merchandising and visual presentation to maintain brand standards and optimize product sell-through.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts and coordination of transfers or replenishment.
- Prepare staff schedules, assist with payroll input and ensure adequate coverage for peak trading periods and events.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives and in-store events in partnership with regional retail leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role; luxury or watch retail preferred.
- Proven sales performance with a demonstrable ability to coach and motivate a retail team.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in inventory control and visual merchandising.
- Flexible availability for weekend and evening shifts typical of mall and boutique retail operations.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 2 years in retail sales with a minimum of 1 year supervising or leading a sales team; experience in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
