Swatch seeks Assistant Store Manager in Paris. Lead retail team, drive sales, manage operations. Full-time CDI role. English C1 required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve established commercial targets and drive revenue growth
- Welcome, advise, and support clients according to Swatch standards and procedures
- Process transactions in compliance with established protocols
- Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with brand visual standards
- Open and close the store and manage cash register operations
- Conduct weekly bank deposits and cash remittance procedures
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service and perform routine watch repairs
- Ensure compliance with Point of Sale (P.O.S.) manual standards
- Resolve customer disputes with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation across sales and common areas
- Manage cash register discrepancies and investigate errors
- Conduct rigorous inventory tracking and stock management
- Collaborate with Store Manager on staff scheduling
- Participate in inventory audits and stocktaking operations
- Manage store operations independently during Store Manager's absence
- Unify and inspire the team by embodying Swatch values and leading by example
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
- Coach and support staff on an ongoing basis
- Monitor collective and individual key performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Commercial or retail-focused training or qualification
- 2–4 years of confirmed experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent in retail operations
- Demonstrated interest in watchmaking, jewelry, or selective distribution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with an international clientele
- Strong commercial instinct and genuine managerial aptitude
- Customer service orientation and collaborative spirit
- Reliability and strong sense of responsibility

Experience
2–4 years of confirmed experience in a retail assistant manager or deputy store manager role, ideally within luxury goods, watchmaking, jewelry, or selective distribution.
