Swatch Assistant Store Manager position at Times Square, New York. Lead retail operations and staff at the iconic flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of store management including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Supervise and mentor front-line retail staff to deliver world-class customer service and achieve sales objectives
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and store performance against budget targets
- Assist in training and development of sales associates and junior staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in watches, luxury goods, or selective retailing
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations procedures
- Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Experience
3–5 years of progressively responsible retail management experience, ideally within the watches, luxury goods, or selective retailing sectors. Prior experience in a high-volume flagship or premium retail location is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
